No, it's only one in default 16 (black text) skin...
The thermometer you see is the Motherboard Monitor plugin, which shows the CPU's temperature. You didn't really think it was 60 degrees Celsius outside here, right?
The meter is a static image, but indeed it would be soooo cool if it would actually reflect the current value! Maybe custom skins could allow people to use different images for defined ranges!
Especially for you I uploaded this screenshot of my entire desktop...
Most icons (3rd and 4th 'section') are in fact menu's... See if you can discover the 8 visible plugins (the Volume plugin is inside a menu, the Media Control plugin is hidden, and spacers are invisible)...
