Both MyIE2 and Avant Browser have options to specify when a new browser window is opened (clicking links, clicking favorites, entering a URL in the address bar, etc). If you decide to try one of these great browsers and are having trouble locationg the settings, give us a holler and we'll point you in the right direction.
