Sure she is patient but there are not clear instructions anywhere to do this.

Next we would like to know if there is a setting to adjust the space between the top TLB and the bottom TLB. We have tried to drag and adjust many times but so far we cannot get them closer. We would like no space in between if we could.

QSection, it looks as if you're creating your own ad banner... most people try to avoid those things

Do you really have a taskbar, 123 pixels in height, on such a small resolution (800x600 if I recall correctly)...?

QSection, to adjust the gap between the toolbars, go into the TLB Settings... and play around with the Metrics. Set the button margins to zero if you like. It works here on XP SP1... Let us know of this helps?

This is as close as we can get. It is quite satisfactory but as you can see the lower TLB is just a little shy of being tall enough.

How about modifying the skins and removing the transparent sections? This would make the gap far less noticeable!
