Thank you for nice upgrade. Tab between messages panes is very helpful when making macros.

I'm using an animated png image for my notify icon, and this version of mail monitor displays pure black (R0 G0 B0) as transparent. If I change the black to R64 G0 B0 (still looks black enough), it shows up fine.

Please can you send me your animation?

Here are the 2 versions. In the original, the envelope border is pure black, and the orb borders are R64 G0 B0. Mail Monitor did not display the envelope border. In the fixed version, the envelope and orb borders are all changed to R1 G0 B0 and everything displays right. I also tried it with all borders R64 G0 B0 and that displayed right as well.

The top is the original (Orb border R64 G0 B0, Envelope border R0 G0 B0)

The bottom is the fixed (All borders R1 G0 B0)

Strange, both the fixed and the original seem to work correctly here. They both show the black border, like in your bottom screenshot.

Nice animation, btw Smile

Well, I don't know why my system would be any different than any others with the same configuration. If I am unique, I can easily live with this the way it is. I was just pointing it out in case it was some easy to reproduce, easy to fix problem.

Quote:Nice animation, btw

Thanks Big Grin
I made it to go with my other icons. Maybe someday I'll get around to posting my current configuration to the screenshot gallery.

Hi there

I have a few questions about the Mail Plugin. Is there a way to get it to check mails from a Windows Exchange Server? And what about Hotmail and Msn? If it's not possible, I hope it's something you would think about making. Smile

There are several utilities that provide a POP3 interface to retrieve messages from your Hotmail mailboxes.

Some examples are HotPop and Hotway.

Keep in mind that this method is slower than 'normal' mailservers, so make sure you increase the timeout value in Mail Monitor to at least 10 seconds.
