Which service did you register it with?
As this shouldn't happen if you registered properly.
This only happens when the someone has entered a Pirated registration key

My OS is xp pro with sp2

Two possibilities:

1. It's a pirated key and you've just found the anti-piracy gimmick. Solution: get an official license or stop wasting our time.

2. You've got an official key and either entered it wrong or there's a bug in TLB regarding the license keys (rare, if not eliminated by now, but you can't rule out the possibility). If so, contact support...
