I am not sure if this is a bug or a user related error.

I want to display the time as:

1:25:35 PM

so thats:

h:mmConfuseds t

h=12 hour, no leading zero
mm=minutes, leading zero
ss=seconds, leading zero
t=am or pm

My problem is the AM/PM doesn't show up, all I see is:

1:25:35

Is it me or is it a bug?

Please select the am/pm symbols in the Regional and Language Options from control panel.

try this time format:
h:mmConfuseds tt

Also check the AM and PM in the time format settings. Look on screenshot.

I tried all of that, made the changes, tried logging off and restarting. I am including a picture which has some screenshots.

Indeed this depends on the setting in Regional Settings... When I choose to "Customize" my dutch settings I can see the changes I make there immediately in the TLB clock even without applying!

If I choose the AM and PM symbols, they show up in the clock... well, only the first letter if only 't' is used...

Hmm, I wonder why this doesn't work for you...

Hello csindone

We have found the cause and the answer. To display an AM/PM in your clock you need to have a AM/PM image in the form of a .png in the clock-digital-black folder. You can find this folder here - C:\Program Files\TrueLaunchBar\plugins\tlbclock\skins\clock-digital-black or thereabout. You get the idea of where? You can obtain this .png from another skin file within the tlbclock\skins folder.

In the instructions/tips on the website you can find this -
ampm = <picture of AM PM symbols>

We looked in the clock-digital-black skin .ini and found this line -
ampm =
there was no .png image file designated. So just copy one or create your own and you will be in business! Big Grin

Thanks again everybody for the help and the quick responses. I did eventually see the missing ampm.png file and the line in the clockskin configuration file. I have never been very artistic or creative and I really like the digital look so I downloaded a digital font and used the <default> skin. A quick change to my new digital font and I was back in business.

Keep up the good work...Chris
