Please test this version of TLB:
http://download.truelaunchbar.com/install/beta/tlb.zip

Bug fixed:
* Executed application lost focus if option "Auto close menu on mouse leave" is turnned on
* Menu can close incorrectly if "Auto close menu on mouse leave" is turned on
* Tips text is bold
* Context menu of submenu can close unexpectly
* Tips can be shown over context menu
* Context menu of plugins is not cmpatible with autoclose feature
* Context help files converted into XML format to support UNICODE languages
* Startup time is very long
* Impossible to show hidden files in the Virtual Folders. Now TLB uses system setting.
* Lost icons from shell32.dll

Please let me know if you find any bugs.

Thank you for new update.

On the True Launch Bar settings screen the 'Check for updates' links to True Launch Bar Live update.

I think it should link to True Launch Bar components manager.

I think 'check for updates' should be on the General tab not on the About screen.
Please read the True Launch Bar FAQ (Frequently asked questions)

Yes I know this. Media Control must be updated too.

TLB runs only live update?

Yes you are right. In the next version it will be on about tab and then I'll move this button to general tab.

Thank you everyone for testing. v3.1 will be released during the next week Wink

Haha, I assume I should answer since I was the one complaining about this issue...?

Sorry, I was on (yet another) holiday, but I'll test this new build immediately, it sounds promising...

Later, the results...
Windows 7, IE 9.0, Shell 6.0.6000.16386, TLB 4.2.3 beta

excellent! this also fixed a bug where TLB was completely hanging my taskbar on boot. hopefully, it'll continue to work now. i had to turn TLB off for a couple weeks, and it wasn't pretty...

oddly, with this version of TLB, when i try to save a profile in TLB settings, i get an error saying "cannot create file". this happens regardless of what the profile name is supposed to be or whether "save auto-sensing options" is checked.

Please check the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<Your account>\Application Data\TrueSoft\True Launch Bar\profiles
If there are no folder try to create it.
