Plugin icons could also pop-up TLB menus - EG winamp plugin with a pop-up mp3 list

This simple idea could make TLB more intuitive and space
saving.

The idea is to allow plugin icons to also act like regular TLB
icons. That is, when you hover over them or click, they could
pop-up normal TLB menus of programs, links and files.

Here are some example uses:-

(a) You hover/click System Monitor and it pops-up your menu
of system related stuff. Control panel, programs and
plugins (Shut Down / Drive Space / etc.)
(b) You hover/click Net Monitor and a menu of internet
programs or favourites appears.

Yet another great idea from the Mark-o-matic. I wholeheartedly second this one.
