Looks and works great, but already the suggestions for improvement come in:

Can you add support for input from the keyboard and the ability to copy/paste in the display to a future version?

agree with shapeshifter keyboard input is a must have.

Just a suggestion not to modify but more for users, use hotkeys to launch it somewhere arount the numpad area and then you will finally rather use the PC calculator than the one on your desk

It's particularly good how it remembers the numbers until reboot.

I agree with Shapeshifters suggestions.

bugs already
now I finally got to test it and not just see the screenshots
all of the skins have bug in them, I have to click with my mouse in the lower right corner or else they don't work, with the smallest skin it won't even hit some buttons at all. The skin in the osx style calculator is kind of slow to draw, there is much delay btw it's easiest to hit the buttons on the osx calculator but it has the same bug just not as bad as the others Sad

Speaking of hotkeys... if I set a hotkey on a menu, shouldn't it open the menu? In this case I tried setting Ctrl + Num 0 as the hotkey for my calculator menu, but nothing happens when I press that combination. Am I overlooking something?

It works for me, even when having the same combination as you

this has nothing to do with TLB and is only a fantasy but why don't they make keyboards with a calculator button next to the numpad and a small LCD screem where the lock lights are and that would be possible to use with this calculator Smile

Love the new plug in – but have a few wishes for the next version:

* Copy/paste function
* 00 and 000 buttons. Very handy for larger numbers
* Comma separator

Thanks for making True Launch even better!

They used to make keyobards like that back in the day. There was a button next to the numbers and an LCD calculator built in. Didn't use the computer, but I'm sure it got the job done. Seems like Keyboard inovation went out the window once Microsoft took over the industry.

I love the calculator. Very handy.

I did notice that dividing by zero results in "0", not an error.

Also, typing in 10 "9's" results in "1410065407", not "9999999999" as you would expect.

Very large numbers (like 999999999 x 999999999) aren't clipped in the display properly; at least not in the default skin.

On the flip side: (1 / 3) x 3 = 1; which is more than can be said for most battery operated calculators.

None of these problems affect the calculator in any way when it's been used as it was designed to be used of course: as a handy little simple calculator.

Cheers,
Al

I believe it's the Rhodium variation of the Community visual style that comes with StyleXP by TGTSoft.

And another little bug:
Type some number (eg. 100) and hit the 'MS' button to store it into memory. Then hit 'MR' to recall the number from memory. In the display appears the value -100 (and if you'd entered a negative number, it would show a positive result)...

Also count my vote for keyboard input, and faster response in the large OSX skin Wink
